Founder’s Note

Luxe was born from a question that stayed with me: Can luxury be both beautiful and responsible?

I’ve seen the journey of textiles up close — from raw fibers spun into yarn to fabrics that carry history and culture within every thread. But I’ve also witnessed the other side of fashion: the waste, the rush, and the disregard for the environment. Luxe is my answer to that conflict.

For me, luxury is not about excess or fleeting trends. It is about thoughtfulness — the quiet pride of knowing where your fabric comes from, the artistry of skilled hands, and the responsibility of leaving behind less waste. Luxe exists to honor this kind of beauty — one that is as gentle on the planet as it is timeless in design.

The road to Luxe, however, was never simple. In the beginning, the very fabrics we were testing — sustainable fibers meant to replace conventional ones — smouldered inside the looms. Months of work were nearly lost to fire and failure. That moment could have ended the dream, but instead, it became the spark that pushed us to refine, adapt, and grow stronger. Like fabric itself, which must be stretched, combed, and spun before it becomes whole, Luxe has been shaped by struggle and resilience.

Each challenge has only made the vision clearer: to create a brand that bridges craft and science, tradition and innovation, beauty and responsibility.

Today, Luxe stands among the very few companies in India pioneering sustainable textiles within traditional markets — and one of the rare brands bringing these fibers to the mass market.

My dream for Luxe is to grow into more than a label — to become a movement that celebrates craftsmanship, empowers communities, and redefines what luxury can mean in our world today.

When you hold a Luxe piece, you hold more than fabric. You hold a story of patience, renewal, and the belief that true elegance is never careless.
